2011-05-18ROMO Event and Grand Opening of the New Showroom in Shanghai

12th May 2011, ROMO’s top designer Joanna Jeffrey and more than 50 local designers gathered for the celebration of the fourth anniversary of EUROART’s establishment in Shanghai and the grand opening of its brand new showroom. The new collections of the 5 design houses operating under the ROMO group were presented. During the event, Joanna did not only share the brilliant design of the ROMO group, she also shared her beauty, her lovely singing voice, and the lifestyle of London through a traditional English afternoon tea party.

ROMO, as one of Europe's top brand in the business has been established for over a century, known for its excellent quality, stylish design, accurate colors and rich cultural background. The new collections of 2011 includes Ikat inspired embroideries combined with vibrant textured silks (ROMO); environmental friendly, Scandinavian inspired designs printed or embroidered on simple cotton and linen accompanied by co-ordinating weaves. (VILLA NOVA);  a high profile collection of bold printed velvets, carnival silks and punchy geometrics in bright, vivid colors that exude pool side glamour and hot Miami nights (ZINC). All the designers were overwhelmed and amazed by this unforgettable presentation. Fabric presentations and tea parties were also held in Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Wenzhou.
